3-Session Progress Program
Solo: €450 total

- 3 × 2h sessions over 7–14 days in the Peniche/Baleal/Óbidos area.
- Session 1: foundations, safety, breathing mechanics & baseline tests.
- Session 2: movement apneas, stress management and “caught inside” simulations on land.
- Session 3: transfer to real surf — pre-surf routine, line-up behavior, series & wipeout protocols.
- Clear in-between training plan so you're never guessing what to do.
Perfect for a trip window: enough volume, repetition and structure to feel real changes in the ocean.
6-Session Coaching Program
Solo: €840 total
2 surfers: €1,200 total (€600 each) · max 2 surfers
- 6 × 2h sessions over 3–6 weeks in the Peniche/Baleal/Óbidos area.
- Progressive work on CO₂ tolerance, relaxation under stress and decision-making in heavy situations.
- Scenario training for bigger days and multiple-wave hold-downs, always with safety as the first rule.
- Customized protocols for your boards, spots, paddling and goals.
- Long-term roadmap so you know exactly how to keep training after the program ends.
